Jesuit High School Campus Revitalization

We had an opportunity to help leave our thumbprint on the Tampa community by working alongside Jesuit High School in their campus revitalization. Steeped in rich tradition, our small firm worked to pay homage to the history of the Jesuit Order, incorporating small artistic details in each aspect of design. Highlighed in this album are the following: the brick fence enclosing the campus and Main Entrance; the Walk of Honor, with small monuments to recognize accomplishments of students; the iconic Remembrance Tower honoring the Jesuit Order, a focal point of the campus; the Men for Others contemplative structure; the Tiger's Den, housing the workout facility, new wrestling facility, and locker rooms; renovation of the old rectory into administrative offices and the board room.

Goody Goody Burgers, Hyde Park, Tampa

We had the opportunity to work alongside some of Tampa's most talented folks for this project. Tasked with recreating the essence of the original Goody Goody, while maintaining operational flow, made this project all about the details. Take note of the lighting fixtures, custom designed ceiling, tiling throughout the building, and more! Call us today to let us help you bring those feel good memories to life.

Long View RV, now Camping World, Dover, FL

Located on a low and very long, narrow site off of I-4 & McIntosh Road just east of Tampa, we were able to save the owner quite a bit of money by designing the site in phases that reduced the amount of fill required. We suggested to the civil engineer to utilize the retention pond on the front of the property as a “display dock” on which RV’s could be displayed and illuminated.

The owners of Long View RV, a family owned business, desired a low-key look to accommodate the nature of their customers- a nostalgic collection of porches, rocking chairs, antiques, and memorabilia.  The architect designed the new Long View RV sales facility with this in mind, which contributed to the essence of family time at the campground. The second floor of the facility houses the corporate offices of Long View RV, and the service shops are attached to the rear of the sales facility, also designed to double in size in the near future.

Chris Black Insurance, Lutz, FL

We worked with Chris Black Insurance on their initial renovation of their first office. The concept of this project was to create an environment that was welcoming, professional, and fostered the ability to have a collaborative work environment.

We were grateful to work with them again on the second phase of this growing business! This phase continued to foster a productive and comfortable atmosphere, complete with an employee lounge, shower & prep area, and lactation station! In this album, you will see the both completed Chris Black Insurance offices, and for comparison's sake, photos of how the second phase began.  It's quite the difference! Thanks Chris Black Insurance!

Epperson Ranch Lagoon, Wesley Chapel, FL

We are thrilled to be the architect for this fast paced and one-of-a-kind project.  The vision for Epperson Ranch Lagoon is not only innovative in structure and design, but in vision for the fun and relaxation of our community!  Designed to support entertainment for all ages and stages of life, our contribution as the architect of the Entry Facility, Swim Bar, Gasparilla Beach, Cabana Lagoon, and The Hub serves to support the vision of the developer.  Our experience allows for the timely delivery of precise design, assisting in deadlines met and avoiding costly pitfalls.  Follow the progress of the Lagoon by checking out our album and visiting their website!

Ulele, Tampa, FL

The support of the Tampa community for Ulele prompted Columbia Restaurant Group to provide additional seating and refreshment space for their guests.  We were happy to extend the industrial theme to the grounds outside by designing the outdoor bar.  To blend with Ulele's existing structure, the architect custom designed brackets that were needed to support the roof of the bar, ensuring that both the support and aesthetic needs were met.  With plenty of room for guests to be served and for Ulele team members to move, this addition provides a relaxed and weather-friendly alternative!

Studio 28 Music World, Westfield Brandon, FL

Studio 28 Music World fosters and grows artists.  Whether a beginner wants to learn an instrument or an expert needs a new one, Studio 28 Music World has produced an environment that is conducive for either.  We have worked with them on their initial Wesley Chapel location in the Shops at Wiregrass, their Brandon location in Westfield Brandon, and are proud to be working with them on their newest addition in Westfield Citrus Park.   A high priority for this growing business was ensuring proper display for instruments and accessories, balanced with ample practice and lesson space.  Utilizing the open floor plan of the original workspace, custom designed booths were the choice to outfit the various genres of instruments, allowing ease for browsing and traffic.  For the artist looking to dive deeper into their craft, seven private lesson studios were designed, as well as a temperature controlled sanctuary for the higher end instruments.

City National Bank, Huntington, WV

City National Bank in Huntington, West Virginia,  provided an opportunity to focus on the ornamental details that are embodied in Williamsburg Traditional architecture. The dormers and cupola are staples of this style, and we were able to contribute one-of-a-kind designs for those, as well as the arched windows.
