  • The Bridges Assisted Living Facility : Riverview, Florida

Working under extremely limited time frames, our design team conceived and completed the design for this 78,000 SF $11 million facility within 60 calendar days. All the consultants, from structural, mechanical, electrical, landscape, civil, and commercial kitchen designers were engaged under the direction of the architect to produce a quality design ready for competitive bidding and construction. The facility features 110 resident rooms in an upscale residential feel with one of the six wings dedicated to caring for those with memory impairment. The design reflects the residential nature of the building, and the Dining & Activity areas add to a great social life.

We provided complete architectural design services, and thorough contract administration services during the actual construction process.

  • SDI Diagnostic Center, Hyde Park : Tampa, Florida

A very tight urban site in a historic district required responding to both the needs of the owner as well as the requirements of the community. The technical details of CT scans, MRI equipment, and other diagnostic equipment was met within the building envelope using roof shapes and exterior archways “borrowed” from local neighborhood landmarks that no longer existed, but easily recognized by long-time residents. This gave the new facility, initially resisted in the tight-knit community, instant acceptance once the building actually took form.

Working hand-in-hand with the owner, the interior floor plan design that evolved met all the equipment needs, the patient flow, & the staff needs in an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable facility.

  • SDI Diagnostic Center, Armenia Avenue : Tampa, Florida

The purchase of a very “dated” existing building presented both diagnostic equipment and exterior aesthetic challenges. Severe structural problems were solved by our design team in allowing the building to be radically altered to meet both of these issues. Creative design solutions were also engaged to allow for the building to be renovated without triggering site requirements that would have otherwise halted the project.

Our team provided architectural and engineering services as well as limited construction administration for the project.

  • Nadal Pediatric : Brandon, Florida

Project located on Victoria Street adjacent to RR tracks in an older established part of city, thus the railroad theme enabled us to create “Victoria Station”, as a themed medical office for children, complete with ticket booths for “well” and “sick” tickets, a traditionally designed “passenger” waiting room, and the examination tables designed as small scale railroad cars

We provided complete architectural, structural & interior design services. Our site design allowed for maximum usage of the site, also carving out a future building of similar size & design characteristics that will complete the project and add to the Owner’s long-term profits.

  • Family Medical Care : Riverview, Florida

A group family medical practice required the comfortable, functional flow of large numbers of both well and ill patients to be able to be aided in an aesthetically pleasing facility, while meeting a very tight construction budget. We worked directly with the administrator of the medical practice in developing a fresh & efficient facility concept in seeing patients, and allowing doctors to spend more time with individuals.

We provided complete architectural, structural & interior design services.
